Requirements and Cancellation
Arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to departure time to complete liability and rental agreements and walk through rentals.
Life vest will be provided for adults. Any passenger under ninety (90) pounds will have to have their own life vest and wear it at all times while on the watercraft.
All power rentals require a minimum of $500 incidental deposit.
A minimum of $500 Security deposit will be made at time of departure. Deposit must be held on a valid credit card in renters name. Deposit will be returned once rental is returned and approved by Good Life Lake Rentals staff.
Renter is responsible for any and all damages sustained to the rental and other personal property and agrees to obey all federal, state, and local laws including Good Life Lake Rental rules. Not obeying laws and rules will result in loss of incidental deposit.
Driver of the rental agrees to not drive intoxicated.
Valid credit card will be kept on file until rental is returned and is in acceptable condition.
Valid driver’s license and boater’s safety certificate for anybody born after 1995 will be required.
Use of tobacco, illegal drugs and sunflower seeds is prohibited on rentals.
Late fee will be applied to all rentals.
Renter is financially responsible for cost of fuel. Rentals can be fueled at Marina. If GLLR fuels you will be charged your fuel cost plus service fee.
Full cost of rental is required at time of reservation.
