CANCELLATION POLICY!
Cancellations 72 hours (3 days) - 14 days to the scheduled boat rental departure will receive a 50% refund or reservation fee. Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to rental date will receive a 75% refund. All cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will forfeit reservation payment and no refund will be issued. A “NO SHOW” will be charged 100% of agreed upon rental on Credit Card given on file provided by Renter. Good Life Lake Rentals reserves the right to cancel due to increment weather that would make the renter unsafe in which a full refund will be issued. If a renter has already departed but had to return due to increment weather a prorated refund will be issued. The decision to cancel due to increment weather belongs solely to Good Life Lake Rentals and not the Renter.
